Mental Health Therapy

YJC and Wellness isn’t your average therapy clinic. We’ve created an environment that caters to each individual’s journey. We are committed to assisting you with each step of your personal path. 

Individual

Work one-on-one with a therapist who will provide you with mental health care individualized. Whether you are seeking treatment for a mental illness, support for a recent life change, or help in a specific area of your life, individual therapy is just between you and your therapist.

Couples

Attend therapy session with your partner – whether you’re just dating, engaged, or married. Couples therapy is a safe place to talk through relationship issues with a counselor you can trust, get help navigating a divorce, or build a strong foundation for the future.

Family
