Mental Health Therapy

YJC and Wellness isn’t your average therapy clinic. We’ve created an environment that caters to each individual’s journey. We are committed to assisting you with each step of your personal path.

Individual

Work one-on-one with a therapist who will provide you with mental health care individualized. Whether you are seeking treatment for a mental illness, support for a recent life change, or help in a specific area of your life, individual therapy is just between you and your therapist.

Couples

Attend therapy session with your partner – whether you’re just dating, engaged, or married. Couples therapy is a safe place to talk through relationship issues with a counselor you can trust, get help navigating a divorce, or build a strong foundation for the future.

Family

Work through family conflict with a therapist who can facilitate the conversation, work through harmful patterns, and improve communication skills. It is a group effort – bring your partner, the kids, the in-laws, stepchildren, or whoever else is involved with your family dynamic.

Children 6-10

Provide your child with a safe space to express their feelings. Our therapists use age-appropriate techniques to help manage emotions, develop coping skills, and address behavioral issues, supporting your child's mental health and well-being.

Children 11-18

Support your adolescent with therapy tailored to their needs. Our therapists help teens navigate anxiety, depression, peer pressure, and self-esteem, creating a trusting space for them to overcome challenges and thrive.

Team

Enhance teamwork and collaboration with therapy for groups and organizations. Our therapists improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger teams, fostering mutual respect and a shared vision for success among team members.

We know! It’s hard to pick.

All of our therapists are a great choice – but you can’t pick them all. Let us help you get matched!

He integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Horticultural Therapy to create a calm, supportive space where growth feels possible.
