Welcome! I’m Nalandra Barton, a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist with over a decade of
experience helping individuals heal and thrive—physically, emotionally, and holistically.
A Whole-Person Approach to Healing
Over the past 11 years, I’ve worked with clients navigating a wide range of challenges—from
post-surgical recovery and physical injuries to emotional stress rooted in family or life
transitions. My focus has always been to alleviate pain and restore function, so clients can
return to their daily lives stronger and more informed.
The Mind-Body Connection
What I’ve come to understand is that emotional wellness plays a vital role in physical
recovery. Just as physical strain impacts the body, emotional tension can manifest as pain,
fatigue, or chronic discomfort. I believe both should be treated with equal care and professional
attention.

Some clients come to me already aware of how much they carry emotionally in their bodies.
